Robot Repair Services uses the information you submit to review service requests and contact you about them.

Information we collect

The booking form collects your name, company, email, phone number, robot details, issue description, and urgency. Please avoid including passwords, access credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in your description.

How we use and share information

We store requests with Supabase and use Resend to send acknowledgements and staff notifications. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Vercel hosts the site and processes requests and security logs. We share request details with staff who need them to arrange service. Submitting a service request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Security and retention

Access to service requests is restricted. Rate limiting uses keyed hashes of network addresses and email addresses. Expired rate-limit records are removed after one day. Online request records are removed after 90 days; email copies and any separate service, accounting, or contract records may have different retention periods.

Cookies

The security check and any account sign-in use cookies or similar browser storage. The booking form stores a temporary request identifier in your tab to prevent duplicates after a network error. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on these pages.
